Which events and ticket options are available?
There are seven events as part of the Pro-Wrestling Grand Prix. Here's an overview: (click here)
Individual tickets are available for every event. We also offer Festival Passes covering all events from Friday to Sunday, as well as Evening Passes for the evening events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (Get tickets here)
How do Festival Passes work?
Festival Passes grant you access to all events from Friday to Sunday.
Simply present your ticket and exchange it for a Festival wristband for the weekend. Your wristband gives you access to all events without having to present your ticket again.
Please also refer to the section "How do I get my wristband?"
How do Evening Passes work?
Evening Passes grant you access to the Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening events (Night 1, Night 2 and Night 3).
Simply present your ticket and exchange it for a weekend wristband. Your wristband gives you access to all three evening events without having to present your ticket again.
Please also refer to the section "How do I get my wristband?"
What's included with the VIP Passes?
For the three evening events, you'll have a reserved seat on the VIP balcony above the main entrance.
During Night 1, Night 2 and Night 3, all drinks at the VIP bar are included in your ticket. The Turbinenhalle usually offers soft drinks and beer.
For the other three events, VIP seating is reserved in Rows 2 and 3 and clearly marked "VIP."
You'll also receive a special VIP Festival wristband, which grants you access to both the VIP balcony and the VIP bar.
Please also refer to the section "How do I get my wristband?"
How do I get my wristband?
Wristbands are required for Festival Passes and save you from having your ticket checked up to six times throughout the weekend.
You can collect your wristband at one of two locations:
At Inner Circle. Behind the entrance you'll find a dedicated wristband collection point where you can pick up your wristband on Thursday and avoid many of the queues throughout the weekend.
At the box office.
My wristband is damaged. What should I do?
It happens.
Please bring your ticket and your damaged wristband to the entrance of the next event. Unfortunately, wristbands cannot be exchanged during an event.
I don't want a wristband. Can I just use my ticket?
Unfortunately, no.
To keep waiting times as short as possible for everyone, every ticket (including Festival Passes) can only be scanned once. After that, your wristband becomes your ticket.
How do the three tournaments work? How are they split across the events?
Femmes Fatales and the World Tag Team Tournament follow a traditional tournament format with quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final.
The quarter-finals are split between Night 1 and the Matinee Event, the semi-finals take place at Night 2, and the finals take place at Night 3.
König der Catcher is a Round Robin tournament. The eight competitors are divided into two groups of four, with every wrestler facing every other wrestler in their group.
Matches have a 20-minute time limit. A victory is worth 2 points, while a draw earns 1 point. If two wrestlers finish level on points, the head-to-head result determines the final standings.
The group matches take place across Night 1, the Matinee Event, Night 2 and Night 3. The winners of each group meet in the König der Catcher Final at Night 3.
Where does Inner Circle take place?
Inner Circle takes place at the wXw Wrestling Academy, located inside Alma Park, approximately a 10-minute walk from Gelsenkirchen Central Station.
If you're arriving by car, Alma Park offers parking directly outside the venue.
Please use the main entrance of Fight Club Gelsenkirchen.
A bar serving drinks will be available on site.
Can I still get tickets?
Tickets for all events are available through Eventim, subject to availability. (HERE)
Tickets can be purchased through Eventim until two hours before each event.
If tickets are still available, we will also have a box office for last-minute buyers. Please note that the box office accepts cash only.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are not personalised and may be transferred to another person.
As all passes are exchanged for wristbands, it is not possible to share a pass and attend different events on different days.
What should I do if I lose my ticket before the Pro-Wrestling Grand Prix?
All ticket sales are handled exclusively by CTS Eventim.
If you lose your ticket, please contact Eventim Customer Service directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with ticket-related issues.
Can fans stay inside the venue between events?
Unfortunately, no.
Between events, we need time for technical rehearsals (including music and video tests) and to reconfigure parts of the venue.
If you have a wristband, you'll be able to re-enter immediately once the doors reopen.
After the first event of each day, the venue will be cleared so preparations for the next event can begin.
The wrestlers from the previous event will be available again in the merchandise area when doors reopen for the next event.
Is there an online schedule?
